This my first round of GM diet and I still have to lose around 40lbs in total.

Day 5 is almost over and am so happy I was able to do all 5 days successfully. 2 more days to go and then weigh in. :)

Not sure how the numbers on scale would be, but I don't feel lazy, sluggish or sleepy during the day anymore. Dresses do look a little better on me now!!

Awesome, funny how eating real, non processed foods can really make a difference. But you have to stick with it after the diet.

Thanks Kevin!! I will stick to real foods in future.

A question for next 2 days or may be for my next round of this diet. I have reduced my rice intake i.e. I usually eat rice once every 2 months. I had brown rice today for lunch and dinner to follow the plan, but now am feeling very heavy. I mixed it with dhal and had 4 huge raw tomatoes in total. Can I replace rice with anything else? May be beans?

I am following vegetarian version of the diet. Have had almost a gallon of water today and will be having 2 glasses more before going to bed.

try white rice, so much better for you because it's a simple starch. You can do legumes when replacing meat, just add some fat to it. If you drink that much water, be careful, make sure you have salt, you have to replace minerals. Or have coconut water also.
