Hi,
I am on my day 4, and I need some help to finish the regimen.
the indian/vegetarian version states replacement of beef is kidney beans, tofu and other things plus brown rice, but i could not find the break up for the three meals!
i would be so glad if you could give me the break up.

To me pick 1 per meal. Legumes 1 meal with some good fat like olive oil.
Or white rice and some curd.
I do not recommend tofu.
