Lunch
Dinner
I am planning for all day Banana and Milk, as I am not sure about soup, If I will like it.

Please Kevin advice.

also comment please till day 3 all good except for one small cheating - ate 6-7 cashews

well you will need to ask them why Let me guess though they offer zero support for a plan that is off the original. I support this plan and this one alone. If you want to follow another I truly wish you well but cannot help.
