Can I add chickpea to banana on day 4? Or any kind of veggie. Kinda hate banana.

Also I had raisin on day 1. just a tsp. I dint know dry fruits were not allowed!

You can use another fruit instead of banana though. they are not allowed because they are tough on folks needing to lose weight.

Do I eat only one fruit all day or can I eat any fruit?
And in the last 3 days..one bowl rice is a measure of cooked or uncooked rice?
variety is better. rice measured uncooked. Day 5 and 6 if you are replacing meat, please add good fat to each rice dish.

hi on day 6, i'll use 1 cup brown rice. is it ok to have soybean milk instead of curd, and how much? along with this, can i have 1 cup paneer. can we eat fruits as snacks or is it just this?

No, tomato is not the same as regular veg higher in carbs, etc. You can skip cabbage, pick another nutritionally similar veg like cauliflower, etc,
Hello, No milk day 6, especially anything soy. Soy is not good. Unless it's fermented. Stay away from fruits. Paneer is fine but lessen the rice.

Kevin, I am at the end of day 4, before today i was already down 4lbs from the first 3 days. day 4 comes around- i have followed everything very diligently, and i am up 2 lbs now, therefore in total only losing 2 lbs from day 1! why is this?!?! tomorrow i introduce meat and I feel i will continue to gain, not lose anymore?
what time did you weigh. Don't panic, keep rolling :)
Meat is not the enemy, trust me on that.....
