Hi, i'm on day 4 and have lost 1 kilo so far (I started at 58.06kg)

I've just had my banana and warm glass of milk for breakfast, how many glasses of milk do you need to have? I'm not keen on milk at all and can't make a shake because I don't have a blender :(

What is the reason for drinking milk on this day, as usually it makes me really bloated :(

3 on milk. likely you have a dairy issue so don't drink it. do almond milk or something else yogurt perhaps.
