Day 2 : Breakfast - potato with a little butter, salt and pepper.
Lunch - Cabbage soup and boiled veg Broccoli, beet root,cucumber with one spoon olive oil.
Dinner - Cabbage soup. I munched on cucumbers whenever I felt hungry.
Oh my, you cannot weight at night. Your true weight is only when you wake, right after you go to the bathroom and before you eat or drink a single thing. You are technically weighing loads of food, water, potty in the body and so on.
