Day 1: I have lost 1.2 kgs and had lot headaches.
Day 2: I have lost 700 gms. with lot of Headach.
Day 3: Sorry, I forgot to eat potato, but followed fruit and veggies diet. But not lost weight
Day 4: I am in Day 4 now.... on banana and milk diet... No headache now....

But why i have not lost weight on Day 3 ???
I am confused about Day 5 and Day 6
Check out my Plan:
Day 5: Breakfast: 1. Apple and cooked sprouts
Lunch: Rice cooked with egg and veggies(tomatoes)
Evening: Watermelon
Night: Rice cooked with sprouts and veggies
Day 6: Breakfast: 1. Apple and cooked sprouts
Lunch: Rice cooked with sprouts and veggies(tomatoes)
Evening: Watermelon
Night: Rice cooked with sprouts and veggies
Can i go for 2 eggs with rice on Day5 and 6 ??

yes, day 5 will need good fat. yet you do not get as much rice since you are adding sprouts.

day 6, looks OK, each meal needs good fat

GOOD LUCK
