Would Soymilk (either fresh or Silk) be allowed in place of regular milk? And if yes, can I have this in my coffee? I'm not sure I can go for more than two days without a cup... plus a bit of coconut sugar (I only take 1/2 - 1 tsp per cup) in place of regular?

yes it will work, I prefer you never do soy, studies are coming out out and have for sometime how bad it really is. Coconut or almond milk would be better.

Coconut sugar is still sugar - less processed but still reacts the same in the body. No matter how you package it, organic, raw, maple syrup, etc, it's a weight gainer for sure, especially coffee with milk and sugar. Up to you but on the program no you cannot. Sorry.

You cannot drink carbs like that, it's so off balance. your body reacts more severely.

Coffee is fine on the program wit ha little stevia, that's it.

Thanks! Coffee is often acidic, so I normally add a little splash milk to neutralize it. Nothing like latte though. I'm actually a tad lactose-intolerant. I'll try almond milk if I can find it fresh. I've tried the ones on cartons, the whole thing ended down the drain. Though I love coconut water, we only use coconut milk in cooking. Maybe I'll try that too. Have to go to the market to get it fresh.
