Hi Guys,
I should just say thanks to all. Everyone in this forum has been my motivation to get this going.
I started this diet not primarily for weight loss but to see check my determination.
Pre-program weight - 160.6 lbs

Day 1 - Weight 160.6 - Completed with watermelons, apples & 10-12 glass of water - It was tough, felt weak & my craving was at its peak.
Day 2- Weight 154.6 - I lost 6 lbs..really??. Completed with veggies & soup & water. It was still tough, felt alright & my craving was controllable.
Day 3 - Weight 154.8- i gained .2 pounds. Completed with veggies, fruits & soup & water. It was still tough, felt alright & my craving was controllable.
Day 4 (today)- Weight 154.8- Same weight. Going on good so far, had 2 bananas and 3 glass of milk. So far no craving. My wife called me up and said she has made briyani (delicious Indian food) which is also my fav. hope I can get pass this day :)...
Any reason why I have not lost weight after the first day? Is this normal?

day 1 weight loss like that can be normal yes....
