I have followed the diet plan religiously with no cheating, except not enough water. I did not even over indulge on fruits and veggies and I have not dropped any pounds very disappointing, whats wrong? Just water?

what did you eat days 2 and 3? when do you weigh?

Day 2 were veggies like carrot, onions, capsicum, cilantro, salad.
Day 3 were veggies like above, 3 bowls of watermelon, 1 apple, 3-4 strawberries.

I weigh myself in the morning, after the routine.

so no potato and good fat day 2? no carrots also.
weigh before anything, after going potty before you eat or drink a thing.
