On day 2 in breakfast i had 1 boiled potato mixed with onion n chilly
in lunch again i had 1 cucumber n 2 tomatoes
in dinner i had 1 bowl of boiled cauliflower n 1 cucumber....
today i m on a day 5 of my gm diet n thankfully i gained back my energy and now feeling comfortable.....
just want to ask can i have white basmati rice instead of brown rice
any good fat on potato
nice to hear on the energy. detox plans at first and diet changes can zap some folks.
white is better, are you not reading our diet here? it's what we recommend.
