I didnt lose a gramm on day 1. But after day 2 i finally lost 1 kg :) I hope to at least loose 3 more kgs until day 7. Can somebody explain to me how it's possible to lose weight when we eat white rice? Thanks for your reply!

white rice is a simple starch with a balanced meal it can be a good carb. eat it plain and all the time with nor protein and good fat, sure you will gain weight.
