Hi,

I started this diet 2 days back and already can see changes.

I was addicted to tea and needed the same everyday first thing in the morning. Yes, the first 2 days were very difficult and today when i got up, i was feeling fresh and don't need tea / coffee. I am feeling more energetic and have lost 1 kg in 2 days.

Keeping my fingers crossed that i complete my 7 days cycle as i have an official tour on Day 5.

Can you guide me how to go about the diet while on official tour?

WOW, awesome news. Here is a balanced plan. Try and pay attention to what makes it balanced so you can do something similar. For ladies, they may not need as many carbs, but there must be balance each meal! Balance between carbs, protein and fat. You need good amounts of veg and NO wheat! NO gluten. Let me know if you need any help off that plan :)

i have official tour on Day 5 of the diet plan.. so the post that u stated abt hving eggs n sprouts.. can i carry all that?
