Hi,

I am on my day 2 and i have the below plan for days 3-7. Please let me know if the diet plan looks good or any modifications are needed. Thanks in advance.

Day 3:
Breakfast: apple
Lunch: lettuce, cucumber, beets, spinach OR wonder soup
Snack: orange
Dinner: watermelon, blueberries

Day 4:
Breakfast: 1 banana & 1 glass of 2% milk
Lunch: 1 bowl of wonder soup
Evening: banana milk shake with 2 bananas and 1 or 2 glasses of milk
Dinner: wonder soup

Day 5:
Breakfast: omelette with 3 eggs, salt, red chilli powder, little olive oil
Lunch: 1 bowl of brown rice & curry with onion, paneer, tomatoes, little olive oil, salt, green chillies and 1 bowl curd
Evening: can i have a fruit?? or moong sprouts salad??
Dinner: wonder soup

Day 6:
Breakfast: omelette with 3 eggs, salt, red chilli powder, little olive oil
Lunch: 1 bowl of brown rice & curry with onion, paneer, spinach, little olive oil, salt, green chillies and 1 bowl curd
Evening: can i have a fruit?? or moong sprouts salad??
Dinner: wonder soup

Day 7:
Breakfast: apple or some other fruit
Lunch: 1 bowl of brown rice & dal with jeera and salt and a bowl of curd
Evening: Fruit Juice
Dinner: wonder soup OR moong sprouts salad

yes I had replied on the site
no curd day 7
no fruits days 5 and 6
Moong salad with good fat fine days 5 and 6 dinner.
