Hi, I'm new to this Diet and this is the first time I do did.
I finished my Day 1: I had 1 apple for breakfast, strawberries for lunch, grapes for snack and watermelon dinner. I drank water throughout the day. Didn't feel hungry too much.
On my day 2: I don't like potato so I ate salad: lettuce, red lettuce, with garlic salt. Lunch I had boiled spinach with tomatoes. Hadn't had my dinner yet. I will have boiled broccoli and cabbage with garlic salt for dinner. Is it ok?
I didn't have potato for my breakfast so is it ok? Should I keep continuing or doing the plan over again? What can I replace potato with?
Is the snack require in this diet? And olive oil is require too?
What is the wonder soup? How to cook it?
