Hi, I am male, 6ft, 102 kg.

On my day 2, so far I have eaten a small baked potato and some cucumbers and tomatoes. It's almost dinner time and my office hours will run late so won't have much time for preparing the wonder soup. Can you please suggest some alternatives ?

PS: Can I put spinach in the soup instead of celery.

Spinach is great!

Steamed veg will work instead of soup :) Even a little raw veg.
