This is my second time doing GM, 1st time amazing results lost 9lbs.
1) This time I am on day 2 and I have felt bloated day 1 and day 2 (unlike my 1st time doing GM). Am I doing something wrong? I have been making sure to drink water but still bloated

2) I have had soybeans boiled in water today is that allowed?

3) Can I have seaweed day 2?

4.) I feel like today I have been eating nonstop but I still have hunger pains. Is it because I have only eaten raw vegetables? I will not have time to cook until I get home from work

1) how much water are you drinking, ti could be that.
2) no, not really. sot beans unless fermented never a good idea for many reasons. sorry
3) yes
4) raw veg is normally more filling than cooked. did you eat the potato and butter/fat on it?

potato needed to be morning, but you are fine though. yes 64 oz is good, at that point you can have more if you are thirsty, listen to your body. You can have a coconut water also.
