Hi,

I did my day1: one apple for breakfast, 1 glass coconut for snack, apple for lunch then one clementine for snack and another clementine in the evening and had an apple for dinner

Day2: I will have potato with ghee for breakfast
one cucumber for snack
will cook onions, green pepper, celery, tomatoes, cauliflower with salt and pepper
i will have this for lunch and dinner.
another snack i will have cucumber

Day 3: will repeat same above with fruits and vegetables alternating

Day 4: 4 bananas and 3 glass of milk *8 oz each??

Day 5: i dont eat egg or meat. Planning to have sprouts with cottage cheese a bowl for breakfast
lunch and dinner - brownrice with tomatoes and one spoon of ghee
what should i have for snack?

Day 6: same thing as day 5, add boiled vegetables with each meal, snack??

Day 7: same as day 6 with fruits and vegetables

please correct me if i am wrong. in place of brown rice can i substitute white rice? then what should i have for protein? can i eat chappati or roti with moong dal sabji?

Day 5: what you want to swap is great. No snack unless it's wonder soup​
Day 6: You can have a snack, similar to a meal but smaller day 6​
Day 7 not the same, you only get rice and veg.​
White rice is better than brown. NO WHEAT. CHAPPATI and ROTI both are JUNK food and will certainly help you gain weight if you want. Sorry​
If you want protein day 5 and 6 do bean, legumes or curd/cheese, or eggs.​

Thanks Kevin for the reply. So day 5 can I cook 1 cup white rice with 4 tomatoes and have it for lunch and dinner? Basically there should be more protein intake for day 5 and day 6 right? or should i substitute my white rice with cottage cheese and sprouts along with tomatoes?

Little confused on what we should enforce on day 5, 6 and 7. I understand we should have atleast 4 tomatoes on day 5. Can you elaborate what protein i should have for these three days. I dont eat eags or meat

you can have rice with cottage cheese, just less rice. sprouts great as well, mix and match. You need good fat with each meal.
protein is legumes. cottage cheese will work as well.

Day 7 is rice only, no other subs.
