So I started day 2 with boiled potato and pat of butter for breakfast. Afternoon I made the soup..just a bit worried if it was too much since I am feeling comfortable ;) ...I have made a large portion to last me for a couple of meals...this is what I made. Can you advice me please if this is suitable or I have overdone the veggies. I have had only this for lunch and am intending to repeat this for dinner. Also I gave cherry tomatoes for evening snack if required.

4 onions
3 tomatoes
2 capsicums
1 small cabbage.
3 stalks of celery
Salt to taste
Pepper seasoning

Fried sliced onions and capsicums with a drop of olive oil
Added water and boiled for a few min. Then added tomatoes, cabbage, celery and slow cooked for 20min. Last have added salt and pepper...tastes good and have had a bowl.

Can I continue taking this through today and tomorrow?

Looks awesome to me. keep in mind also, peppers, spices and herbs are allowed as you like :)
