Hi, I wonder if pumpkin or squash soup is permitted on Day 2 and Day 3? Mashed boiled pumpkin with water only I mean.

In case its fine, how much should I consume?

I've experienced the 1st day quite well. Almost 3kg of watermelon, 1 and a half apples and half of grapefruit. 2 litres of water. Feel great waking up this morning. I don't feel my stomach tired of with working hard during the night any longer.
