it is saying that mango is COMPLETELY NOT ALLOWED in Day 1 all fruits meal plan. But, how about after Day 1? Can I swap potato in Day 2 to mango and so for other days that anything with high carb to be replaced by mango ?
I don't think it's a good idea to replace everything with mango. Mango is as healthy as it is not. You have to have a balance of different nutrients in your body. It's better to use mangoes as a snack. But it's better to stick to a balanced diet.
