Hello , I'm almost done with Day 2 despite my intense cravings for curry chicken, chana and rice :) May I drink coconut water to deal with the cravings? I've followed the diet exactly but I'm still hungry :( I've lost 3 lbs so far:) I'm also wondering how much is water weight vs. fat ?

yes coconut water, a glass or 2 is fine. are you having the wonder soup? It helps... You are losing fat trust me not water weight, if you lost that much water weight you would be in trouble.

NO to both, sorry. Fine post plan, not a swap for base veg, they have many more carbs. NO Alcohol!
