Hi, I'm starting this for the 2nd time. I was wondering for the vegetable days, am I allowed to eat veggie burgers, veggie bacon, and/or tofu? Please help:)

No, sorry. I could never recommend tofu. so processed and bad for you. Veg burgers, it would really all depend on the ingredients..

OH wow, no. Loads of junk, wheat, etc. Those are not veggie burgers, those are grain and sugar burgers, SORRY, not good for you at all not to mention the bad oils, the horrible chemicals.

Thank you so much for all of your help! I definitely thought they would've been okay to eat just based on their name.. Maybe the ones from whole foods maybe better as I think they only have very little calories.

Kevin I'm back! Ha ha so I found a different brand of veggie burgers. Let me know what you think. It's Dr. Praegers brand California veggie burgers. Ingredients: carrots, onions, string beans, Oat bran, soybeans, zucchini, peas, broccoli, corn, soy flour, spinach, expeller pressed canolaoil, red peppers, arrowroot, cornstarch, garlic, cornmeal, salt, parsley, black pepper.

it does not work on this program, but certainly looks better. I am a huge no corn guy. And corn is on no way good on this program. I will say those ingredients are better though :)

Now just because I say no does not mean you cannot try a round with them :)
