Hi,

Today is my day 1. I have been eating melons and pineapples so far. Consumed ~1.5 liters of water since morning. But I have been sipping black coffee/black tea (no sugar, no milk) along with having fruits. Was that a mistake ? So far I have taken ~.5 cup of black coffee and ~.5 cup of black tea.

nope, the tea and coffee plain or with stevia is fine :)

Hi Kevin,

Today is my Day 3. So far I have lost 2.2 lbs. I have a question. For Day 4, how many bananas are allowed in a day and how many glasses of skim milk ?

Hi Kevin,

I started my day 2 with black tea with one tsp of sugar ( I cannot skip this else I get headaches). Then I had a small potato and a small sweet potato with olive oil for breakfast.

For mid morning snack, I had roasted broccoli (without oil). For lunch, I had wonder soup. In the evening, I had a cup of tea without milk and sugar. For evening snack, I had a cucumber and for dinner I again had wonder soup.

What went wrong except the sugar in morning tea.

sure ice is fine, FYI, eat as you like. A kind suggestion. If you are drinking sugar drinks you will gain the weight back you lose and here and not do as well. Sorry. Sugar does not solve your headaches, basically it's like this. Your headache is like a check engine light on a car. Your body says something is wrong, so instead of finding out the issue that is causing the headache, you take sugar, hence it would be like me reaching behind the dash of the car and pulling out the light bulb to the check engine light. I mention because I care, you cannot maintain your weight or get healthy on sugar drinks.

Sugar is not allowed on this plan. Neither is milk in tea

Thanks so much Kevin.. I am working on this as I definitely want to loose weight.. Today on Day 4 I had my tea without milk and sugar.. I will see how I feel during the day.Thanks for the suggestion.

Also can I continue eating wonder soup all through Day 4 till Day 7 ?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for all the quick responses. This really help us all a lot. For me, when I get help through your replies,I feel it is actually a real thing not just some fake site trying to gain popularity. :)

For Day 5, how much chicken can I have ? What I understand is I can have 500 gms of chicken in the whole day with 6 tomatoes (and wonder soup if needed) . And for Day 6, I can have unlimited chicken (and wonder soup if needed) .. is this correct ?

No, I answer questions literally daily. I am truly serious about folks and their health. Our food supply has tanked as far as quality. So hopefully I can help as much as possible. Also most people want to claw my eyes out when I talk down wheat, so we are not about popularity here :)

chicken 4 to 5 oz per meal. 3 meals day 5 and technically 4 meals day 6. unlimited wonder soup yes :)

Hi Kevin,

I am on Day 5 and I am planning to have 3 meals made of chicken and tomatoes with ~ 3 liters of water.

For Day 6, can I do the vegetarian version ? If yes, should I consume cottage cheese or brown rice ? And how much ?
What I understand is, breakfast, lunch and dinner should included boiled/sauteed veggies in addition to cottage cheese and brown rice. Is this correct ?

Hi Kavin,

I am on Day 5 and I feel bloated. I have been having enough water and have been following the diet. What can be the reason ?

Do you do well normally on raw fruits and veg? Too much fiber perhaps?

Hi Kevin,

I'm am going to start with the gm diet today...my question is how much weight would i lose if i was 5ft 4" and 58kgs if i did follow the diet strictly?

varies if you have underlying health issues, etc. maybe 3kg or more...
