Off to a good start on day 1 of the GM diet. This is only the 2nd time I have done this diet and the first time was about a month ago when I lost 2.8kgs. I am armed with lots of fruit for today, however my selection is much smaller than the first time I did the diet. This time I'm much more realistic when it comes to quantities. My favourite fruit and the one highly recommended are melons but they are just too expensive right now so this time I will need to do without them. I did splurge on a lovely big paw paw! Plus I have pineapple, apples, oranges, pears and cherry tomatoes from my garden as well as mandarines from my garden and one lonley passionfruit also from the garden! Consuming lots of water as well as black coffee and plain green tea. I think there are some mulberries on the tree as well - will check that out later!! So far so good!
