I am on the first day. Just eat watermelon and 2 glasses for breakfast. Only 2 hours passed but I feel weak already. Is it too fast for my body to reaction with new regimen?

just keep at it and eat enough fruit and the wonder soup!

Thanks Kevin. I read the plan somewhere said that the soup should be applied from day 4 backward, hence I didn't bring along to work today. a little confused. Is fruit only today fine?

Actually I feel hungry now.

That means soup for the whole 7 days. I haven't taken it for these 2 days. Wonder if I need to start over

no, but it helps, lots of fiber, good for you... The people that find the most success eat the soup at least a bowl a day.

Thanks Kevin for your response. Just cooked the soup and tried it. It smells good.

I cannot find bananas for tomorrow so I will take mangoes instead as you advised. Thought 2 mangoes for the whole day are enough?

Well I managed to find some bananas and trying it for the first time ever in the my life.

OMG! I think I will stop at 2 bananas today then live on the wonder soup. Cannot take any piece of bananas more. :eek:

Hi Kevin. Thanks for tracking the progess with me. Appreciate that much. Things are much easier when not be a lone ranger.

I finished day 4 with 3 bananas, 2 glasses of skim milk and 3 bowls of wonder soup. Just started day 5 with beef and soup. I guess I've lost 1-1,5kg so far. Not sure if I can reach 2.5kg at the end of the diet.

hi i started my diet today i had 5pieces of pineapple & apple in breafst .. then 2 glasses of water
after that i had a tsp of flex seeds n orange n 6 pieces of sugar cane with 2 glasses of water
nt feeling week or loss of energy

i weigh 64kg n wanna loose 6kgs

Well, no offense but you are not allowed seeds or sugar cubes on this diet. You may gnat to start over or stop. I can't help you. You must understand eating sugar off diet like that is a killer to your weight.

I wont take it again no msg in soup and sugarcane pieces shud u start all over again

I would. Please, understand I am not being hard to be hard, MSG is beyond TOXIC to your body. Keep in mind when you eat real natural foods, no fillers, processed stuff, etc you are doing so much better.

Hi . I have a question. Day 1 is all about fruits, and even suggests to have canned fruit. Today is my day 1. And I was in supermarket when I noticed there are sugars in canned fruits. I am not sure if they are added sugars or natural sugars. Do you recommend to eat canned fruit on day 1.

no, don't go canned if there are extra sugars. Trust fruit does not need extra sugar :)

I only ever recommend fresh, never anything if possible from a can.
