First of all, sorry for the long post. Can you please help me if I followed the right diet?
and I also I am confused about day 6 and day 7. Right now I am in Day 5 as we speak.

I followed the below diet as per your website and some of the other sources.
Before starting the diet: 158.8
Day 1: 158.8
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 1 Apple
Mid morning(10:30AM) - Cantaloupe
Lunch(12:00PM) - Watermelon, Strawberries
Afternoon(3:00PM) - 3 small Oranges
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - 1/2 Apple
Dinner(8:00PM) - 2 bowls of tomato soup

Day 2: 155.8
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 1 Bowls of tomato soup
Mid morning(10:30AM) - 1 Sweet potato
Lunch(12:00PM) - Veggies Salad(no beans)
Afternoon(3:00PM) - N/A
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - Tea without Sugar (I know I shouldn't take it but I had a severe Headache)
Dinner(8:00PM) - Salad and Tomato Soup

Day 3: 153.7
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 1 Apple
Mid morning(10:30AM) - Watermelon and Cantaloupe
Lunch(12:00PM) - Soup and Salad
Afternoon(3:00PM) - Strawberries and Oranges
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - NA
Dinner(8:00PM) - Soup and Salad

day 4: 152
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 2 Bananas and glass of milk(without Sugar)
Mid morning(10:30AM) - 1 Banana
Lunch(12:00PM) - 2 bananas and glass of Milk
Afternoon(3:00PM) - Tomato Soup
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - 1 banana
Dinner(8:00PM) - 1 banana and Glass of milk

Day 5: 151
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 3 boiled eggs
Mid morning(10:30AM) - NA
Lunch(12:00PM) - Vegetable Soup (Soya Chunks, tomato, Cottage Cheese(paneer) and 1 boiled egg)
Afternoon(3:00PM) - NA
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - NA
Dinner(8:00PM) - 3 boiled egg

Can you please suggest what to eat for Day 6 and Day 7. I don't eat any meat except eggs.
Day 6:
Breakfast(8:00AM)
Mid morning(10:30AM)
Lunch(12:00PM) -
Afternoon(3:00PM)
Evening Snack(5:00PM)
Dinner(8:00PM) -

Day7:
Breakfast(8:00AM)
Mid morning(10:30AM)

Day 1: wrong. no tomato soup, you actually drank pure carbs right before bed. bad mistake.

I will stop here. This is not our plan. This plan will not work short or long term. Why are you eating tomato soup? Why more than 4 bananas? Why only fruit mostly day 3? I suggest you read our plan at gmdietworks.com and go from there.

Thanks for your prompt reply Kevin. I will start again from Monday. But atleast I got a confidence that it works, even though I messed up with the plan I was able to lose 7lbs.

I will follow the plan as per your website, but still I have questions about Day 5, 6 and 7. I don't eat Chicken or beef, can I replace it with egg where ever it says Beef?
and on Day 1 can I eat as many fruits as I like or just what ever the quantity that your website says?
Please look at my Day 4 and Day 5 below and suggest me if I am on the right diet plan. Thanks in advance
day 4:
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 1 Bananas and glass of milk(without Sugar)
Mid morning(10:30AM) - 1 Banana
Lunch(12:00PM) - Vegetable Soup
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - 1 glass of milk
Dinner(8:00PM) - banana shake( 2 bananas and 1 glass of milk)

Day 5:
Breakfast(8:00AM) - 3 boiled eggs
Mid morning(10:30AM) - NA
Lunch(12:00PM) - Vegetable Soup (Soya Chunks, tomato, Cottage Cheese(paneer) and 1 boiled egg)
Afternoon(3:00PM) - NA
Evening Snack(5:00PM) - NA

Looks better
No soya, just not at all healthy.
day 1 yes eat the fruits as you wish. Eggs, 3 max per meal can be great.
make sure day 5 you have some veg with eggs.

Hi Kevin,

I started over again and successfully finished Day 1. with lot of fruits. I am on Day 2 now, I am taking sweet potato right now. Can you please let me know how much sweet potato is allowed. I know its 1 potato but this is so big and it makes my stomach full. and can I have tomato soup for day 2?
