I did not experience weight loss on day 1. I know it varies from person to person but I have not seen anyone report a 0 weigh loss on the first day. I followed the plan but I had a good amount of pineapple for my fruit in addition to cantaloupe, apples and peaches. I also had a cup of the soup. Is there any red flags here on what I consed that would halt the weight loss process?

too much pineapple, very high sugar. However see how your weight is after day 2. You may be holding in some water weight, getting a false number.
