I'm Day 1, I might miss the note and eat too much fruits and drink too much water. But I'm still very hungry.
Breakfast - some blueberries (200g??) + 2 plum
Snack - 1/2 pear + 1 plum
Lunch - 1 mango + 1 apple
Dinner - 1 big bowl of watermelon
Snack - 1/2 pear

Water about 10-12 cup (o more)

Am I consume too much?

I'm going to make soup of wonder for Day 2. Hope to kill some hunger. Is sweet corn allowed for Day 2? TIA

I'm in Day 4 now, total weight loss is 2.1kg.
So difficult to carry on the plan especially I still need to cook for my kids and watch them eat. Everyday wanted to give up so I'm keep telling myself to hang on another hour than another hour. Than the day is over. Phew!!!
The wonder soup is super it really help me to carry on this diet.

Glad to hear you hung in there :) The soup yes helps a ton!
