Hey Kevin,
I am on my 4th day today, and have had the banana, skimmed milk and soup up to lunch, but i keep throwing up everything.i have never been lactose intolerant, so i cant figure out if its a stomach flue or a sudden case of lactose intolarance.( i have heard of it happen). i am going to try replacing the milk with yogurt this evening. hopefully i will be able to keep it in. for future reference, what can i substitute the milk with? we dont have amond milk or coconut milk here.

Yogurt will be a good try or almond milk. Be careful with milk if you have not tested to see if you can have it, it's a common allergen. The Casein, the milk protein is the issue.

If you have no subs, drink coconut water or some Tea with a tiny honey in the tea... Try and sooth your stomach
