Hello,
In the 5th day it says to eat tomatoes and beef are
These the only things that can be eaten that day ?
Somewhere I saw that you could have cooked rice.

I also saw that you measure the rice before it's cooked
Isn't that a lot of rice ?

I am a huge rice lover (jasmine) this would be terrific
News for me.

Rice to have brown or white. Please let me know

meat is better those days or eggs. If you don't do meat, then legumes or white rice. White rice, especially a jasmine or basmati, are a great simple starch. Keep in mind though as a part of a balanced meal after the program. Balanced meaning good fat and protein need to be there as well.

yes you can have a few other steamed veg if you like.

have you got clarification on the rice measure ? Is it before cooked or after?

Read that it is before but that seems like a lot.
