I want to start this diet plan strongly but i m bit confused as i have to travel daily basis & i m not sure
that it will effect me or not. one more thing i drink 4 to 5 cup of green tea in a day. i want to loose my weight ASAP. What should i do ?
Well depends on how far you travel? Traveling especially in a plane is just hard on the body. Also swapping time zones messes with your circadian rhythms. You eat out (terrible 99% of the time) Your sleep gets off. It may sound picky, but your sleep and health are heavily tied to your weight. No pun intended. So be careful, be wise on food choices.
