Hey!
I have completed day 1 and 2 as per ur instructions. But couldn't see a proper result.
As i just reduced 400gm. On day 2 i ate boiled potato in the morning
Then 1 cup of bottle guard( cooked), then steamed cabbage and corn
Then bottle guard again. Then cucumber n tomatoes! Is something wrong with
This diet?

Why is it the diets fault? I tell people Gourd may be a bad idea. It's not a carb-less base veg like cabbage, zucchini and other things like it are. Corn is also a grain and NOT on this plan, people rely on it too often and it's nutrient dead. Not to mention most people have a food sensitivity to it and don't even know it. This diet if you look at the comments on the site works great. But sometimes it may not depending on the person, and what they ate, etc. That is true about any plan. Did you have any fat like ghee on the potato?
