i am in office for the first 9 hours of my day, and eating a pineapple, apple, and some kiwis really dont make me feel any good. can i drink coffee or tea? without sugar? or with sweet and low stuff?
herbal teas great no sweetener.... Sweet and low is garbage, your body is not fooled by the fake sweetener. May want to study up on the effects of them in your body. Also snack on some raw or steamed veg if you need, the soup is there if you need a snack because you are hungry.
