I completed day3 but i have lost only 1.5kgs.i have been following the diet strictly.Not only the food but i have also been using the treadmill.can u help?
I also need to know the exact amount of milk and banana that can be had tomorrow?
can i have curd instead of milk?
can i have cucumbers on day 4?

3 glasses of milk and 4 bananas as we have on the day 4 page

I ate watery green vegetables available locally in india and cabbage ,beetroot,ladyfinger...just vegetables ...nothing else...i had the wonder soup in good quantity...
I m supposed to control my hunger if i feel hungry or can i eat the food that is allowed in unlimited quantitt?

What is the amount of chicken that should be had tomorrow? If do not wany to have chicken both times,can i have soyabean in one meal and chicken in the other?

the soup is the fine as you say with those veg and the soup is your hunger control.

I ate watery green vegetables available locally in india and cabbage ,beetroot,ladyfinger...just vegetables ...nothing else...i had the wonder soup in good quantity...

soybean, ugh no. meat is fine 4 to 5 oz per meal days 5 and 6 or fish.

What is the amount of chicken that should be had tomorrow? If do not wany to have chicken both times,can i have soyabean in one meal and chicken in the other?
