does 5th 6th nd 7th day important??how much do we loose on these days? bcoz for me major weight loss happens in 1st 4 days..once seeing that result im finishng my diet on 4th day itself.is it necessary to carry on diet till 7th day r its enough till 4th day..do we loose weight during 5th to 7th day?

no folks lose well those days as well, they are vital to finishing the program, they get you off a detox plan on to a more normal eating pattern. It is vital to finish!

I totally understand eswarkrish. I cant imagine losing weight while eating beef! But i will continue with the diet plan. Tomorrow is Day 5.

I cannot imagine losing weight and being healthy as a vegetarian. You fail to understand grass fed beef is more nutrient dense then anything you will ever eat :)
