I have been hearing a lot from my friends who have gone on GM diet that its giving high results..
I just got baby and he is 5 months with my feed ..
I would like to know if I can go on GM diet while feeding..
Secondly, I live in South India which is very hot .. We are used to taking lots of buttermilk and yogurt. I know yogurt is not allowed to take during the GM diet .. However, can buttermilk be consumed like water ?
