Ok. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and ready to take on day 5. I Re-read my day 4 information and I realized that I really dropped the ball. I had been feeling great the days prior, but after a night of little sleep and a busy day at work, I see that my issues on day 4 was about lack of preparation. I ate my bananas (breakfast, lunch, midday snack=3), and I had my soup at lunch too. But no milk at all. I am going to continue on to day 5 and prepare and follow. I started at 184.8 on day 1 and am at 176.2 this morning. I'm really loving it and I do plan on doing it again in two weeks.
