thank u.
i ran 3 kms on treadmill early morning.
today i ate papaya in brkfst
a bowl of wonder soup and melon for lunch
melon juice in eve
a bowl of wonder soup n papaya for dinner.
i hope thats okk for day 1????
do i have a baked potato or boiled potato for day 2 bkfst? can i keep having d wonder soup? can i add ginger garlic paste made at home to my wonder soup?

Seems good, you can add ginger and garlic to soup. yes eat the potato with butter or a good oil like olive first thing.

hi kevin,
am on day 3 today
ran 2 km on x trainer n 2 on treadmil
had an apple for bkfst
followed by cucumber
melon n wonder soup for lunch.
now its getting a little difficult

i am 160cms weighing 71 kgs in d start. have lost abt 1.5 kgs. i need to loose a total of 10kgs atleast.
if u have any other suggestions for after the 7th day pls do let me knw

ur name reminds me of " home alone " movie :)
today is day four. had a banana n glass of milk for bkfst. feel less hungry today. mayb coz didnt hit the gym in d morn.
am nt clear abt day 5 menu,
morning can i have chk instead of beef.
wat is a paty?? i mean besides the chk wat can we add to it?? egg wil do?

chicken is fine :) You can do egg, a patty is like what goes in the hamburger, the shape of the meat.

have completed day 4. n didnt find it that dificult
had cut banana wid a glass of warm milk for bkfst
a bowl of tomato n carrot soup for lunch
half a banana n half glAss milk in d eve
a bowl of same soup at nite.
i think have kost abt 2.5 kgs by today eve.
i goto loose atleast 10 kgs by 5 april latest else wil loose my job:(

OK, you really after this need to go 100% free of gluten and all processed foods. You do not or cannot eat those at all. eat veg, some fruit and meats/proteins. You can do this, hang in there. and Keep posting here.

oh i had d melon half
did i mess up my diet?????/ was feeling very heavy after eating chkn last nite. n was feeling like vomiting. so had d melon
can i eat paneer n curds today???

yah, you have to realize fruit is high in fructose, good rule of thumb, 2 servings a day, with lots of veg and protein, some starch in rice form maybe. But yes melon can totally mess this up, Sorry...

Hi kevin,
Have finaly completd a week. Hav lost 3kgs of wt. However i need to loose more.
So wil continue a healthy diet.
My general daily menu wud be as under, pls comment on it
morng a cup of tea with sugar free.
Bkfst 1 apple n milk
Lunch melon n a bowl of dal n vegie n 1 wheat chapati
Dinner same less d chapati.
Wil nt be eating rice or bread. No potatos. no other sugar.
Wil this be fine?
N yes wil continue ex

tea, do not use sugar free sweeteners, they cause weight gain. at this point you need to go sugar free or maybe a little stevia here and there.
apple and milk, pure sugar, there is sugar in milk, no good protein, not enough food.
lunch is pure carbs, wheat is the worst thing for you right now. dal should have some good fat in it.
no bread, chapati is bread
potato is a good starch balanced with a good protein.
