have completed day 4. n didnt find it that dificult
had cut banana wid a glass of warm milk for bkfst
a bowl of tomato n carrot soup for lunch
half a banana n half glAss milk in d eve
a bowl of same soup at nite.
i think have kost abt 2.5 kgs by today eve.
i goto loose atleast 10 kgs by 5 april latest else wil loose my job![]()
