I have been advised by my gastroenterologist to avoid dairy unless it is yoghurt or cured cheeses. I want to follow this diet as close as possible. Can I use yoghurt in my banana smoothie or should I use almond milk? Any suggestions?

yogurt is great!
be careful, if you have a dairy sensitivity, even cultured dairy will be hard on you.... I have one... I tested for it using the Cyrex Labs Array 4 Cross Reactivativity test

nope, lentils are not a veg, they have loads of carbs and protein. However off program they can make a healthy meal, balanced with some good fat, veg, etc. Just none unless we say.
