Hi. I'm on the 6th day of my diet... i had 6 eggs on day 5 with tomatoes but they didnt go down well so would want to replace them with white rice combined with pulses for lunch and dinner on day 6. Is that fine?

sure, make sure each meal gets some good fat. If they did not go down well, it could be you have an auto immune reaction to eggs, they are a common allergen, Or they just did not set well so be careful.

well what kind of oil? Much less worried about the skin then the bad oil you may use....
