Hi,

I have a few queries.

1. Is it ok to consume green tea(black, no sugar no milk) for evening snack? I've read plenty of articles, saying it works.
2. How long should the break be, in between two cycles?
3. I have heard that there will be considerable weight gain right after you stop it. Is it true? if yes, how to prevent it.

1) yes with stevia or nothing. Trust me, green tea is not a weight loss solution, a lifestyle and diet change are. However having some is OK.
2) 2 weeks minimum, follow a healthy lifestyle during that time, we posted some in the after 7 days section of the forum.
3) It will be if you do not eat right trust me NO diet, not 1 will keep weight off if you do not eat properly. Most diets have a period after the diet where they restrict you a ton to help keep weight off.
