Instead of baking, I boiled a large potato and then used a table spoon butter to lightly saute it with some herbs. Has this sauteing wrecked my diet and will I need to start over ?

Another question regarding day 2 is that I know that we should avoid peas/corn/beans...but can we use green beans or should we avoid them?

no all is good.

green beans fine.

understand about peas and especially beans, they are carby. beans are pure carbs and are not a vegetable. corn is just bad

you can skip or add some peppers perhaps...
