kindly advice me whether following plan is right on day 5?
breakfast - boiled chickpeas and 1 egg with yolk
lunch- 1 cup brown rice with cooked spinach with lentils
dinner - 1 cup brown rice, 1 egg and cooked spinach with lentils
water+soup as usual
