I am unclear as to what category the black olive would fall. I eat them on salads therefore they must be a veggie however they derive from a tree, so they must be a fruit. I am so confused!! :)

Did well on day 1-to my amazement I lost 2 lbs! I am getting through day 2 much easier than day 1 and looking forward to day 3. Veggies and Fruits are allowed which I hope means that the black olive can be consumed as a snack or mixed in my salad, is that assumption correct? I see no mention of the olive in any of the threads, please advise.

Best to hold, they have fat. The fat is OK technically, but it's a slight diversion on this plan. Being picky...

A few olives should be OK...
