Are there any quantity limitations for the fruit on Day 1? I know about no banana's, but I found myself hungry a lot so I would eat a few grapes or melon or tangerine anytime during the day. And quite often. Fruit filled me up fast, but I was hungry fast too :/

not really, just don't go crazy with it :)

bananas are for day 4 only. You will be hungry with fruit fast :) The soup can help as well.
