Only lost .5 lb today for a total of 6.5 lbs. Not bad for 4 days. I was so excited to eat beef today that I put a 2 pound beef roast in the crock pot at 11:30 pm last night. The house smelled so good when I got up this morning. Had about a 4 oz. piece with a tomato this morning and oh my was I one happy girl. My plan for today is veggie soup for snacks and a 4 oz. burger with tomatoes for lunch and a 4 oz. steak with tomatoes for dinner and to drink 6 16.9 oz. bottles of water.

Sounds like a nice plan! If folks would just eat normally as we lay out day 5 and 6 they would lose weight likely unless they have underlying health issues.
