Hello Kevin,

For the beef replacement for day 5 & 6 it can be either of the following right?

1. Chicken (150 gms per meal)
2. Eggs (3 per meal)
3. rice / dal (tempered with ghee)
4. Cottage cheese (please tell me how much in grams per meal)
5. If i have rice and dal together - how much should the quantity be per meal

Thank you so much Kevin. Just some more clarifications:

1. If I cook beef like a curry with all the required tomatoes on day 5 - is it ok if I add other vegetables as well and can I season it with a little olive oil and onions?

2. For the beef replacement can I have chickpeas / red kidney beans? If yes then how much per meal?

1) Sounds OK to me
2) Yes, both are OK, about a cup cooked or so... total..

Oh just a cup of cooked chickpeas or kidney beans for the entire day? or did you mean a cup for each meal. Dint quite understand the 'total' part of your statement o_O

Alternatively - Curd can be had with rice tempered with ghee? like some lemon rice with curd?
