Having just fruits on day 1 does not satisfy the stomach. Feels like to have some solid food/meals(as of regular days).Please tell some more things other than just fruits (day 1) and veggies (for day 2) and also for day 3. Gonna start the diet tomorrow (after 6-7 hours from now).May you please reply soon.... :)

You can have the soup. it's more hearty. You can have some veg as well if you need :)

My mother is doing this. On day 1 & 2, she feels very weak, dull, and her mind goes blank..not able to get things properly sometimes (although she is doing it for the third time, this tym after a long gap-1 month). Sometimes, she even faces problems while speaking. Her words get stuck (because the tongue tumbles). She has many other health problems. Is this normal?
Also, is there anything heavy (veg) to eat on days 1 & 2, other than soup or veggies so that one may not feel hungry (eating fruits/veggies with soup does not fully satisfy her apetite). What about the sprouts/moong dal recipes given on your site..can we have it any day or on some specific days?

It's only to be eaten on specific days. Detox diets can be tough on some people, possibly due to underlying health issues. So please be careful. Look in the forum here, in the After 7 Days section, look at the top 2 posts, She may do well on this plan. It's gluten and sugar free...

You can also add something to help her along, say a couple of eggs for the fat and protein. It's up to you....
