Hi all.. everytime I start the diet I have always got stuck on day 4 coz I dont like either milk or bananas. I read in one of the post that milk can be replaced by buttermilk.. so thats taken care of.
For the bananas, is there any alternative. Can I take raw bananas, slightly stir fried with half a spoon of oil? Need an opinion pls. Thanks. cheers

No frying bananas, just have a different fruit. Almond milk works as well.
